italk is an Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) service which is delivered as a partnership between Solent Mind and Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust. It provides services within South Hampshire (Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, New Forest, Test Valley and Winchester), and is commissioned by the NHS.
Solent Mind is the largest voluntary sector provider of mental health services in Hampshire. It offers a wide range of community mental health services to people across the county.
Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust provides specialist mental health and learning disability services for people across Hampshire and its surrounding area.
The partnership delivers high quality psychological therapy in line with the National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
