Computerised Cognitive Behaviour Therapy using 'Living life to the Full Interactive’

What is Living Life to the Full Interactive (LLTTFi)?
LLTTFi is an online life skills course that can be accessed for free through italk. It is a practical and accessible route to feeling better. You will discover how to make changes in your life using tools based on the evidence based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) approach.

Am I suitable for this treatment option?
Anyone aged 16 and or over and who are registered with a GP in Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, Havant, New Forest, Test Valley and Winchester experiencing mild to moderate depression or low mood. You will need to have access to a computer to complete the course.

How does it work?
LLTTFi helps you think about the impact of low mood and depression onthe 5 key areas of your life, these areas are:
• The situation, relationships and practical problems you face
• Your thoughts
• Feelings/Emotions
• Physical Symptoms

Each of these areas affects the other. How you feel physically and emotionally can affect how you think about problems and what you do about them. Making changes in any of these areas can boost how you feel. LLTTFi can help you with this.
