Introducing our new leaflets!

New Leaflets

If you follow our Facebook page, you might have noticed our recent campaign asking people to submit photos of the local places that mean something to their mental wellbeing.

We were overwhelmed by the number and quality of photos we were sent. The first thing we want to say is how grateful we are to those of you that took the time to contribute - thank you!

A selection of these images are now featured on our new leaflets, alongside quotes from the people who submitted them, about what their photo means to them.

You can also view all the photos that were submitted in our album here.

Local places

italk is a local service in each of the areas we serve. As well as our offices in Eastleigh, Basingstoke and Gosport, our practitioners work in places like GP practices and community centres all across Hampshire. In fact, you're rarely more than a few miles from us!

We're working to be more visible and engaged with our local communities, so we thought we'd start by tailoring our leaflets to local areas.

There are four versions of our main leaflet, each featuring photos submitted by our community of places within that area.

We'll be distributing these far and wide over the coming months.

If you'd like to order some leaflets to share with colleagues or customers, please use our order form and we'd be delighted to send some out to you!

In your own words

We've also been listening to your feedback to help us describe our service. Who better to say how italk can help you, than people that have experienced our service for themselves?

A common theme in patient feedback was that italk helps people to feel more like themselves again, and more able to cope with what the future might bring.

Our patients tell us that the value in our service isn't "treating common mental health conditions", but helping you achieve your goals, and enjoy your life.

So we designed our new leaflets around that. We hope you find them helpful!
