Managing Moods Webinars

22 May 2020

We're delighted to announce that Managing Moods is moving online!

Our Managing Moods course aims to help you to understand your symptoms if you've been feeling down or overwhelmed, and learn ways to feel more like yourself again.

We designed this course to be available to book directly, without needing to see your GP or have an assessment, to be a great way to get support quickly and easily when you need it.

Since we've been unable to hold our in-person sessions in the current situation, we've been working hard to bring our Managing Moods course online as soon as possible.

We will shortly be open for new bookings. But first, we are inviting patients who were affected by the postponement of our in-person sessions to join one of our three courses starting in June.

All patients who were due to attend an in-person session, and those who joined our Managing Moods waiting list since they were postponed, will be contacted over the next few working days to invite them to choose their webinar start date.

If you've been expecting to hear from us about Managing Moods, please look out for our email or phone call.

Look out for our email

If you have provided an email address, we have sent an email containing links to register for one of the first three Managing Moods courses.

Be sure to check your 'junk' or 'spam' folder!

If you aren't able to register, or haven't provided an email address, we will follow up with a phone call from Tuesday 26th May onwards. If you're expecting a call about Managing Moods and you don't hear from us by 4th June, please get in touch

"Hi, I'm calling about the webinar"

Whilst working from home, our phone calls will come from an 'unknown' or 'withheld' number. So that you know it's us, we'll start our call with "Hi, I'm calling about the webinar, is this (your name)?"

We won't mention italk until we know we're speaking to you. We will only leave a voicemail if you have given us your permission to.

We will not ask you to call back to an unfamiliar number. To return our call, always use our main number - 023 8038 3920 or email info@italk.org.uk
