Monday 19th October marks 10 years since our first italk patient started treatment, so to celebrate this milestone we asked our patients what they wanted to celebrate about their recovery.

This is Ryan's story.

"At first I wasn't interested at all. But I wanted to get to the root of why I was feeling the way I was feeling so I gave it a go and I'm relieved that I did... I can say I'm on the route to recovery now"
