Who we are:

italk was established in 2010 and is part of the national Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme. IAPT is an NHS programme offering interventions approved by the National Institute of Health and Clinical Excellence.

Who does italk work with?

The italk team provides evidence-based psychological therapy for patients with a primary presentation of depression and/or anxiety based problems.

 These problems include:

  • Generalised Anxiety Disorder

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

  • Panic Disorder

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Social Anxiety

  • Health Anxiety

  • Insomnia
