“Having completed the programme, I consider myself a ‘recovered’ insomniac! Yes, ‘recovered’, I sleep a minimum of 4/5 hrs a night and often a lot more! If life gets in the way and I have a bad few nights (parties, too hot) I now have the skills to counteract them so it never gets more than a few nights.
