How We Help
Our free wellbeing sessions support, improve and maintian your mental wellbeing. They are based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which looks at the links between our thoughts, mood, actions and how it affects our body.
About a third of UK adults experience sleep problems at least once a week.
Sleep is our body’s way of recharging our batteries, both physically and mentally. Disturbed sleep can have a significant impact on our mood, energy levels and overall wellbeing.

This workshop looks at the impact of living with diabetes or pre-diabetes. We consider the connection between the mind and body and how our thoughts, emotions and physical symptoms are all connected and can impact our wellbeing.
What we will cover
We hope that this session gives you a helpful introduction to NHS Talking Therapies Hampshire, but we appreciate that we cannot cover everything in one class.
