Only your Practitioner and the italk office team are able to view your record. Online self referral to our computerised support programme (SilverCloud - cCBT)
SilverCloud is a quick and convenient way to access treatment flexibly if you are experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression. Once you have signed up we will allocate a Supporter to you and send a welcome letter with all of the details you need. Please note you cannot sign up to SilverCloud if you are already with italk, e.g. you may have a Telephone Assessment booked, be attending a Group or Workshop or waiting for face to face treatment. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns on 02380 383920.
Online self referral
The quickest and easiest way to access support is through one of our Managing Moods workshops. If you self refer online, you can book on to the next group in your area. These groups are a great way of teaching you the techniques you need to help yourself feel better. There is no obligation to talk at these sessions, although many people find they benefit even more from sharing their experiences! At the end of the group, we will review your progress. If we feel you need more support, we will contact you to arrange it.
If you would prefer to talk to someone you can refer for a Telephone Assessment with one of our Practitioners. Telephone Assessments are available to book online, but these are limited. Please note that availability is only put up two or three weeks in advance. More Telephone Assessments are usually made available every Wednesday. If you have started a self-referral, but cannot find a suitable Telephone Assessment, please check back after this day, or call in to complete your self-referral over the phone on 02380 383920.
