This class aims to explore anxiety and how uncertainty and the unknown can trigger worries and other unpleasant symptoms.

In this 1hr online webinar, you will learn:

  • An introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy: An insight into the links between our thoughts, our mood, how our body feels, and our actions.
  • To build your tolerance of uncertainty
  • To manage worries
  • To manage anxiety on the spot and in the long term by learning to refocus your attention
