2. Your daily routine

Here you'll find all the worksheets and information you'll need to accompany your learning for Session 2 of our Managing Moods webinars.

What we learned this week

How what we do affects how we feel

We looked at the link between our actions and how we feel, to see how different activities affect us. One vicious cycle that can arise is how the less we do, the less motivated we feel, so the less we do.

We shared a technique for bringing activities back into your routine, and getting a good balance of activities that affect us in different ways.

As a recap, you can find a simplified version of this technique in the first three of our wellbeing videos.

How food and exercise affect how we feel

We looked at how and why the things we eat, and how much we move our body, can affect our sleep, how well we cope with stress, and how happy we feel.
